Heart Center Yoga Training and Apprenticeship Program offers not only yoga teacher training, but most importantly how integrate yoga into all aspects of life. And it's for students, teachers or anyone interested in yoga and personal growth..
In addition to studying Paul Grilley's teachings of anatomy, as well as the energetics and chakra system of yogasana, students will explore an integrated curriculum that immerses them in the core principles of yoga (yama, niyama) which takes yoga off-the-mat and into the world. Because it's not about exercise- but about living in wholeness and authenticity which is the true path of yoga. See Yoga Training page for details.
Heart Center Yoga will be a Registered Yoga School with Yoga Alliance~ as we are currently applying for that distinction.
