Qigong ~ Ancient healing energy practice- improve health and overall wellbeing.

Let it Flow ~ Focus on energy flowing through the body.  Gentle but not easy.

Deepen Your Practice ~  Challenge and deepen your practice with this class based on
Anusara principles.  Yoga experience helpful.

Yoga Openings ~ Classic Hatha with Anusara influences.
