Heart Center Yoga’s 220-hour curriculum is Yoga Alliance affiliated and meets RYT-200 requirements. Learn how to trust the teacher within and become your own best teacher.
In addition to Teaching Methods, our training also emphasizes Anatomical Principles and Skeletal Variations, Yoga Philosophy and History through an in-depth exploration of the Classic Eight Limbs; Energetics and Optimal Alignment as well as hands-on Adjustments and Mechanics of Asana.
This program unfolds through a creative and powerful curriculum designed by Gia and Patti, owners and directors of Heart Center Yoga. With decades of experience and an inspiring approach to the study and practice of yoga, this original design is unlike any other teacher training. Prepare to go deep and integrate Yoga into all aspects of your life.
The nine-month weekend immersion system is new this year, but Gia & Patti will continue to provide mentoring support and one-on-one feedback.
Tuition is $600 per trimester paid in full at the start of each trimester and $200 for Apprenticeship due at the start of Trimester 3. Apprenticeship is required for RYT eligibility but not mandatory if not seeking certification.
